Thermal properties
The higher the heat transfer coefficient of the same material heat sink, the better its thermal performance. Measures can be taken to improve the thermal performance of the radiator by increasing the heat dissipation area of the outer wall (adding wings (ribs)), increasing the flow speed of the air around the radiator (such as covering the steel radiator with steel strings), strengthening the radiation intensity of the outer surface of the radiator (such as coating the outer surface with high emissivity) and reducing the contact thermal resistance between various parts of the radiator (such as the steel pipe and string of the steel radiator of the steel radiator).

Economic indicators
The lower the cost per unit of heat dissipation (yuan/W) of the radiator, the lower the installation cost, the longer the service life, and the better its economy. The higher the metal thermal strength (heat dissipation per unit mass of metal, heat transfer temperature difference per 1°C (in W/(kg·°C))) of the same material radiator, the better its economy.

Installation, use and process requirements
The radiator should have a certain mechanical strength and pressure-bearing capacity, should be easy to install and combine into the required heat dissipation area, the size should be small, occupy less room area and space, the installation and use process is not easy to break, the manufacturing process is simple, suitable for mass production.

Hygienic and aesthetic requirements
The surface of the radiator should be smooth and easy to remove dust, and the appearance should be beautiful and harmonious with the room decoration.
