Raw material melting

We will provide corresponding material performance reference reports.

Q: Will the die-casting process cause air holes or burrs on the surface of the lampshade?

A: No. We adopt high-pressure die-casting (120MPa) + precise post-processing technology: The aluminum liquid fills the mold rapidly under high pressure, reducing the occurrence of air holes; after forming, it undergoes three processes: mechanical deburring, manual refinement, and ultrasonic cleaning, resulting in a smooth surface without burrs, with the defect rate controlled within 0.5%.

Q: re there differences in corrosion resistance and wear resistance between the surface treatment methods?

A: There are certain differences. You can choose based on the usage environment: Passivation: basic protection, suitable for indoor dry environments, with average corrosion resistance; Sandblasting / Anodizing: strong corrosion resistance, the hardness of the anodized layer reaches HV300 or above, with better wear resistance than passivation, suitable for outdoor or high-frequency usage scenarios; Spraying: can be customized to any color, good weather resistance, but the wear resistance is slightly lower than anodizing, suitable for scenarios with clear requirements for appearance color.

Q: Does the lampshade support customization based on the size of my lamp body? What materials are required?

A: Fully supported. Please provide the assembly dimensions of the lamp body (such as opening diameter, snap-fit position, spacing of fixing holes), 3D drawings (STEP/IGS format), or physical samples. Our engineers will issue an adaptation plan within 24 hours, and after confirmation, start mold development or adjustment.

Q: What is the cycle and cost of custom molds?

A: Mold cycle: 15-20 days (standard size), the cycle can be extended to 25 days for complex structures through negotiation; Mold cost: Pricing is based on the complexity of the lampshade structure (such as whether there are irregular curved surfaces, multiple assembly positions), which needs to be evaluated based on the drawings;

Q: Can the assembly method be customized?

A: For example, I need threaded connection instead of snap-fit. A: Yes. We support snap-fit, screw fixation, threaded connection, magnetic suction, and other assembly methods.
